Hi Everyone,
I'm looking at purchasing a Navitimer from Capetown. I was wondering if anyone has prior experience with them. The Navitimer I'm on the market for, it's the A23322.

Hey Alf,

Did you end up buying with these guys? How did it go? I'm considering buying from them too... doing this online is pretty unnerving, espec. when I nearly fell for an online scam not long ago.

I found Capetown on Chrono24, and from the research I've done the site itself is pretty good- but it looks like they can get infiltrated by shady characters from time to time.

I'm new here too, but have been lurking the site for a while and I'm surprised no one's replied to this. I searched around after I saw no one else had answered, but wasn't able to find much.

Either way, let me know what you ended up doing.

Can you explain what you mean by "infiltrated"?

By infiltrated I mean guys posing as legitimate dealers will set up vendor accounts on 24Chrono and hock replica watches. 24 Chrono is not complicit with these fraudulant vendors, so I use the word infiltrated to emphasize that, while some fakes appear on 24 Chrono, the website itself tries to remain legit.

I have purchased from them in the past and have had no issues. They are very responsive and offer comprehensive warranty support after your purchase. From my experience, I would say go ahead and buy from them with no worries.

So by "the site itself," you were referring to Chrono24, and not Capetown Diamonds? Capetown Diamonds does have their own website, and I thought you meant they were the ones to get infiltrated. If you meant Chrono24, that makes a lot more sense.
