Heard from the person that I bought my Franc Vila from last night. He has access to some perpetual calendar GMTs for very good prices. Five different versions, but only four real options for me. It's probably a bad sign that I'm thinking which one rather than if, but which one do you guys think?

I'm going to guess you already ruled out the red one. I'd take #2 over the others.

Size is 52 x 45 - essentially the same case as my other FV.

Movement is an exclusive development of an ETA base. All FVs start nominally with an ETA base and then have movement houses develop the exclusive calibers from them. Not sure specifically in this one (FVa 10), but usually it's little more than a plate or two left from the original base.

Each of these is an LE run of 48 pieces.

As you all correctly guessed the red carbon fibre one is out. I'm actually leaning towards #2 for the unique dial colour that seems very rich looking to me, but I like the gold bezel ones as well (although obviously more money), leaning towards #5 over #4.

Number 1 IMO by some margin. Then number 4 if you really must have gold. Then number 2, which is OK, followed by number 5. And lastly (funnily enough!) number 3 which is right up there with red-rubber-bezeled CM49's IMO!

Yeah, I really don't get that one at all - it's truly hideous.

#4, #2

#1 is great by itself. But knowing the other LEs exist, it becomes too vanilla for an LE, if that makes sense...
