I am concerned with a few items, the back case for one.

I can't get the seller to give me the serial number, it doesn't have any proper papers.

Purchase is by money order or 200 Euro more with EBay.

Thinking this is a gray market watch.

Already answered by PM, but once more........

The caseback is fine for a watch of this age / this model.

As long as there is a serial number on the caseback you'll be fine, who cares if there was no factory warranty as it would have expired 15 years ago anyway. Price is way too high and you need evidence of service history.
