I know how it feels RJ.

Stress is slowly building for myself, my team Panathinaïkos BC is playing at the Final 4 games in Barcelona this upcoming weekend. They're targeting their sixth crown in the last 14 years.

Hmm...it would blow if they went down in the second round. I'm having flashbacks to '03. Here's hoping they turn it around. (I'm a SoCal native and a died-in-the-wool Lakers fan.)

Wish you all the best guys.

:cheer: :cheer: :cheer: Panathinaïkos BC just won its sixth European cup despite the efforts of Maccabi Tel Aviv by easily beating them 78-70.

This is worse than '03, by a fair distance.

CSOII.:
- dropping day-date is a huge failure
- still not using the double pusher clasp of the OR on the ProII. is a failure
- dropping the lume on the bezel is a huge failure
- using rubber instead of ceramic or - even better - sapphire for the bezel is a huge failure
- using color-tipped small hands instead of white ones above dark backgound is a failure
- using way more lume area for the minute hand than for the hour hand is a huge failure
- using steroids enough for 2 mm is a failure for some (me too) advatage for others
while
- dropping silver sub-dials is very fine
- dropping the pulli-killer rider tabs is fine
- using satinized surfaces can be fine.
So all in all: a huge "down" for me, a fanatic of the CSOI.
So much about the CSOII.
Best,
Robert
PS.: I'm optimistic after the appearance of the 42 mm SOH, that the SOHC will also be produced in a 42 mm case, hopefully with the day-date 7750, as the CSO has lost the weekday window. A lume bezel would be a nice touch for this too. Blackeye-blue dial wins...
Maybe a day-date version of the new Chronomat 41 mm will also appear, and what about a fly-back?... too many wishes? Possible... :)

Yes, but he should also keep in mind that anyone who likes the new CSO is a mental defective. But really...he should get what he wants.

ive always been a bit off at least there are watches for me now. while i like the look of the SOHC i think i like the new CSO better . i have not seen them in person yet. i recently went to look at a rolex deepsee and was not impressed at all. i think the CSO is growing on me and if it looks as good in the adds i will be a new owner just one ? what color to get?

I'm no fan of the Deep Sea, either. Not only is it big and chunky, but it's badly out of proportion with its bracelet. That's one nod Rolex has made to the big watch craze that isn't in keeping with their traditional ethos of avoiding fads and trends. (Comparatively, the YMII models, while big, all seem of a piece with themselves and not gratuitously large.) Now, the Sub-C...
