That's not the reference number, that's the manufacture week. Exact code doesn't matter for links (unless you want endlinks), just the width. The easiest place, especially on something that old is to go through an AD. You can try posting a WTB in the Buy / Sell / Trade section here, or look on eBay but it may be tough to find.
