I am a little bit pissed off, as I have just received the information, that both watchtypes have to be sent to switzerland for batterychange. Not even the Swatchgroup doughtercompany here may open the watches. There is a big issue, an unauthorised watchmaker is opening the watch, the electronics will be damaged. According to Swatchgroup, the customer will have to wait up to 2 month for a simple batterychange. I have no information for the pricing so far, but I would estimate my cost at around 100 Euro, still hoping for less. As we have sold considerable quantities of these watches (without knowing this issue!), I am quite sure, we will have many customers, who will be really angry.
