well you know my take on it Serge. ROO safari is truly a work of art! everything about it i love. and when you look at the details of the white of the dial  .

unfortunately my wrist size i cant pull it off. man i wish i could! in terms of value, if you were to move your money over to AP and got bored later on i think that you could recover a good portion of it selling it used. they do seem to be another brand that has a cult like following and this is obvioulsy a very prestigous brand

No, because ROO's are for rappers, professional poker players, and anyone else in the NBA.

I like the standard Royal Oak chronograph so much better than the offshore.

Well I go for looks rather than mechanics so I vote 'yes'.

I'm not a big fan of that Rolex but the JLC is nice, I would have trouble parting with that but as you say, you would still have one of each anyway.

I've always liked that AP, is the face on that thing 'white', 'silver' or bloody 'pearlized'?

Cheers

I would have a hard time letting that particular JLC go, extremely cool dial IMO. Have something else to throw in with the Rolex?

If I had to make a list of the ugliest watches on the market, the ROC would certainly be on the list. I hate that watch! But thanks for the input.

Don't think I can pull off the ROO and I think I'd really miss the navy seals. If RJ is willing to do it, knowing how big a fan of the NSC he is, then it's a good idea.....if it fits.

Too bad. I'd go for it.

If the ROO fit me, I would do it in a heart beat. As for the rapper image - sure there are crazy versions of the ROO, but ya don't have to buy one of those. Same can be said for Breitlings, no? I would definitely go with a black themes tho.

Better chance it may fit you at 42mm but still is too long for me. Those suckers are long and the way the lug and strap meet make them fit even longer.

That's what I'm afraid of, at 7 inches my wrist might be a little too small for it.

The black themes and safari are both 42 aren't they?
