Look for the date - All of the World fakes that I have seen have a sunken date wheel and the wrong date font.

Also check the obvious - paperwork matches watch, etc

Wrong date font
Sunken date wheel
Gap at edge of slide rule marks on bezel

Hope this helps. From what I can see it's probably OK so good luck with the purchase,

There is no gap at the bezel. All the paperwork matched as well.
