I am nearing a deal on this watch. I cannot however identify it.

Please let me know your thoughts. What bothers me is it does not have a date window.

Bezel is incorrect, sliderule isn't refined enough, subdials are wrong, hands are wrong, no date window - it's not a very good fake.

if you need a second opinion: fake !
the "missing" date window is not the problem, several Navitimers had no date function.

Not sure how much more specific I can be - just compare it to real Navitimers, this is the regular one, but the concept holds true for all models - http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_de ... er_53.html

Compare the one that you are posting pictures of with that and you'll see that they are nothing alike.

That's a worse fake - it looks nothing like a real model.

but has a date window !

seriously, you can either look through the authentic Navitimers here http://www.breitlingsource.com/models/navitimer.html, or have a look at the models from the mid 50s onward here http://www.navitimer.net, the "50 years" tab on the left leads you to an almost complete overview (the latest addition, the Navitimer 01 is not listed there).
