Fake. Its trying to be at least two different models. The front is a Hercules, the caseback is a Bentley.

Here is a pic of a real Hercules. Note the subdials on yours are too close together and the markings are wrong.

The J44362 ref. no. on the back your watch is for a Bentley 6.75 model that should look like this:
