Ive spoken to these guys a few times. Im promised that this watch is authentic. The watch was a LE so finding them NEW is nearly impossible.

They have been very accomadating so far and have tried to put a paranoid buyer at ease. Im sure Ive been driving them crazy.

Now im reading more about "Grey Dealers" and am freaking out a little.

Its infiniti timepieces and here is the ebay listing that I bought.

Im really hoping that they are on the level and that my watch will be new. Im planning to send it to breitling in CT for verification of its authenticity. But if anyone here can give me some thoughts on the dealer and how to tell if its not what it should be would be appreciated. Its my first expensive watch.

You do have buyer protection from eBay in the very small chance that's a fake.

Wow. Don't send it to Breitling for verification. Just post pics and pics of the paperwork and we will know.

It looks real to me as I have the same piece. I paid less than $5200 from my AD, but that was in 2009 when they were released. Maybe you paid close to the retail price ($5700 in 2009) because: 1. There are no new ones left 2. There has been a price increase since then. Regardless, if you are satisfied, that's all that matters.

what im not really worried that it's fake, but more that it might be used, sold as new. Or refinished with cheap parts inside that are not breitling parts.

Just take it to an authorized dealer and have them check it. If the seller has lots of positive feedback, you're probably ok. Don't sweat it if you don't have a reason to. Make sense? If it's legit, you made a good find as there are few if any "new old stock" left of this model.
