Somebody has to speak up for the BBs. Although not a pure Breitling, the Motors T Speed in black velvet is the one that does it for me. I do not think Breitling has made a better looking dial. Too bad they just discontinued it.

i second that trojan. the black velvet is off the hook! did you get yours yet?

Has to be the Croswind Special LE for me. White or black, I'm not bothered.

:yeahthat

The navi, to me at least, is the prototypical Breitling.

For me It has to be the Chronomat Evolution, or the current Chronomat to give it its proper name. To me it is the top breilting and the one I choose as top dog. Its a model that from the first one up, 13048 I think, (all of which I love BTW) it has improved to give us the current format. Is a Chronograph, a great size, looks super cools, screams Breitling IMO. has the most variants of options which has to have a combination to suit everybody in there some where and finally who could argue with that pilot bracelet. Close behind SF, BB, SOC, Navi.!

The Chronomat.....

Top Dog IMO...

Well out of my current collection it would definently be the SA but my favourite would have to be white Navvi World!

Cheers

After all this fantasizing, I feel a little guilty not giving my CSO its due. It doesn't have quite the drool factor of some of the other models we've been discussing here, but as a purely functional timepiece, it's got it where it counts. It's powered by the time-tested B13 - nothing exciting, but a workhorse of a movement. The CSO has zero fat - every feature is something I can and do use: a chronograph, a day/date, and a very readable diver's bezel. I even found myself using the decimal converter on the rehaut today. It's also great looking without being overly flashy, with a classic look that is unmistakably Breitling. I wouldn't mind if it had better lume, a la the Blackbird, and a slightly more legible hour totalizer; also, because of the day/date feature, it's missing a baton, so the symmetry of the dial is slightly off. Those slight shortcomings notwithstanding, I can't think of a better watch for the money. It may not be the only Breitling I'll ever want, but it's the only watch I'd ever need.

Your post just made me appreciate the cso even more. I just wish they made it with a black dial with black subs.
