Did i got scammed by a San Diego member????

I assume that the University hasn't broken for the summer yet so you may be able to reach him through the school, but with the information that you have I would certainly contact your bank and the San Diego police to see what they can do.

Have you called the school?

They usually frown on having crooks on campus, so they might have a chat with him on your behalf.
At least he would realize that you know were to find him. :wink:

could you send him a pm roff? maybe he reacts on it... would be thankfull

I'm sure a call into the Dean of San Diego University would help especially if he used a school computer/IP address to conduct this sale. I think you have given him sufficient time to respond, it's time to take the next steps.

When you have someone's name and know what school they go to....trust me, they are very easy to find despite the size of the school!

Take a flight out...I know I would over $3,500! :yeahthat

This is honestly why I only deal face to face btw! I hate hearing this s*** and learn from others unfortunate mistakes.

I have PM'd him. I suspect that he has disabled user PMs from his user control panel, but he can't block administrators / moderators.

He hasn't been to the site since just before 6pm Saturday evening his time / early Sunday morning European time, but I will check regularly. I will also see if he is online while I am here - moderators can see all members even if they are hiding their online status.

Just a general caution to everyone - if the worst has to happen and the police become involved just be aware that the contents of this thread may be part of the investigation so please be careful what you say, you don't want to cause problems for yourself with threats.
