I've done a ton of reading on what to look for in terms of fakes, but if someone could help verify if this is the real deal, it would be a huge help. Thanks!

definitely authentic & very nice.
just bear in mind that "full size" here refers to a 38mm watch, which many consider too small (I do not, as I own&love a very similar sibling: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=29067)
