Kinda strange, but of all the watches that been bought and announced (here) for whatever reason, this one looks the best to me!

I think a discount will be hard to come by on this model unless you have a great relationship with your AD. I don't know how many Panerai ADs there are, but I would assume that not every AD is going to get this watch. The ADs that will get this watch most likely already have it sold.

Not to point out the obvious, but if I'm not mistaken... isn't there already one PAM in your stable? :)

Just called my Breitling (and 45 other brands except for Panerai) AD and they are going to check on getting one and price to me on one. She sounded hopefull, but we will see. IF they manage to get me one, I am going to have to sell some of my other collectables to get into this model. Bye bye Star Wars toys collection.....bye bye early Ford Bronco project vehicle.... bye bye coin collection...bye bye Breitling collectables!!! lol :)

She said that they should know yeah or nay in a few days. I think they have a underground relationship with the actual Panerai AD, but I dont know what, if any, discount they would receive (and pass to me) dealer to dealer.

I am on the exact same boat as you right now... Not for a PAM but something else, but sentiments likewise...

Anyone care to buy a mint condition Montblanc Meisterstuck 149 with box and papers?

I'm on the salad-n-cup-o-noodle & instant-not-starbucks diet myself. Save money, lose weight, be healthier (the salads), and before you know it, a bronzo on the wrist! Win-Win all around imho!
