Im thinking of selling my SuperOcean. Ive got the papers and the box that it came with. I picked it up around christmas and I was wondering what they go for. Hard times... Ive searched on Ebay but I dont know if I would use those prices as a guideline. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Question 2 - http://www.breitlingsource.com/articles_faq.shtml#8

EBay is the biggest market so the best place to look for prices.

Depends on the condition and age. Probably should be around 50% of retail.

I saw one sell for 1500 on Rolexforums last week, although they had the stainless bracelet on it.

Sharky sold his not too long ago and it was in flawless condish, probably better than new  The watch was also on the pro II bracelet. Price was around $2500 (I guess you can contact him and see what it sold for at the end). Looks like yours is on rubber and a few months old so maybe asking something in the vicinity of $2k is reasonable if you have all paper work and the watch is in good condish

Here's the link to the one that sold on here: http://www.breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=28633

I still have the black dial. I've seen mint CSOs under warranty and on the ProII going for $2300-$2500. Heck I've sold mint CSOs in that range. This was about a $4200 watch new before the price increase to about $4500. So used and in great condition, under warranty, bought at the older price - right at $2,400 is about what you would expect for a Breitling (since a new one could be had at about $3200).

I wouldn't think this one would command a price above the mid teens. You asked.

Several years old, on a ProI, and "well used." So yeah, about $1500 would be right on that one.

Ah, that makes more sense. Im not a member there so I couldnt view the pics and wrongly assumed that it was a pro II when it mentioned bracelet.
