Vegas........I wouldnt buy anything high end in Vegas the prices are crazy. Id buy it locally, the CND dollar is high right now and you could most likely get a sweet dealer at an AD in T.O. If you need a good AD in Ontario let me know I have one that gives real good pricing.

You also have to add 18% to the price when you bring it back into Canada (13% HST + 5% import duty).

I have an AD in Toronto that has helped out quite a few Canadian members if you need one.

Still have the import duty / Canadian sales tax issue though unless he breaks the law.

I have never had to pay the Canadian fees, for that matter any duty so the next question is all my mil deployment duty claims only needed to be filled for more than 10g is that how it is for everyone, and what does Canada want duty, and sales tax? I think i'm off anyway i think the one that i am looking at has the gold bezel vrs the two tone bezel i haven't seen the two tone bezel on a two tone strap there.

Canadian exemption is based on how long you are out of the country, but maxes out at around $65. Over that you have to pay sales tax based on your province - as OP states Toronto I assumer that's Ontario so 13%. Swiss watches are subject to import duty, currently at 5% and that's added to sales tax.

I found 3 Breitling dealers in Vegas last month, 8% was the most they would offer. Kept my money for Andrew Michaels.

That's up to the buyer, but.....

It's still illegal.
