I took the Pro II off, and put the Blue Pro Diver on. I'm heading to a brunch tomorrow, and didn't feel like going in full BLING mode. Took some pics while I was at it. How do you guys like it compared to the PRO II ?

Now that looks bloody smart, great combo there! I'm not a fan of the Pro Diver but it looks great in that pictures!

Congratulations

Cheers

I wasn't a fan of them either till I saw one in person. I had to get it. Finally tracked one down, and I use it quite often when I want to give my Pro II some rest .

While the images have been deleted, the watch is a Frankenwatch with a fake case and there was intention to decieve the members here that your watch is an authentic Breitling. That's a no-no here, and you will now be banned.

Bloody hell, obviously I didn't look close enough! Any chance of seeing those pics again just for my piece of mind?

Cheers

The OP pulled them when he got called out on a replica site for posting them here so they aren't available. It wasn't a standard replica, OP had spent a lot of money on adding real Breitling parts, but the case was still Chinese.

Why wouldn't he just spend a lot of money bying a real watch with real parts. I just don't get it.

My thoughts exactly.

What was the tell-tale sign that the case was a fake?

On another what about those that add aftermarket diamond bezels, especially those that look like the factory ones. Can that be construed as deceiving members on here? Just curious.

I think adding an aftermarket bezel is different, it's modifying a real watch, not making one from random parts. As long as it's made known that the bezel is aftermarket if the owner tries to sell it I don't think there'd be a problem.

Permit me to disagree. I, personally, would never buy a watch that has been modified to a bigger or a lesser extent by a non-OEM jeweler. If you don't like the watch in the first place, why buy it? I go even further: I would never buy a watch with a non-OEM strap or bracelet.

It reminds me of those that buy a car, then go on to modify it by their local garage. For example, I hate those that put "Angel-eyes" lights on pre-2001 BMW models, estimating that they look cool or add LED lights just because it is à la mode.

I have always privileged the original. Any changes to that by a non-OEM authorized jeweler, mechanic, etc. alters the image of the product, independently of the brand. Just my .02.

I'm not saying that I like modified watches, I don't...at all. I was just saying that it's not against the rules of the forum to post pics of a watch with an aftermarket bezel and if someone does do this to a perfectly good watch they need to make that clear before they sell it on here. I'm completely with you on the modifying, of watches, but cars...that depends on the car.
