new breitling arrived today from m_reign, bentley 6.75 - compared to the steelfish its much larger and also much lighter and more comfortable to wear, I would have thought it would be heavier. Love the double date window and applied logo and the whole dial is amazing, my only concern is the size, not sure if it wears to big for my wrist. Tried on one at a AD and it seemed ok, will give it a few days but am sure I will get over the size. Sorry for the poor photos as I dont have a good camera and its the best the iphone could do. On another note how do you change the braclet? I have a black croco I want to put on, I watched the breitlingsource video but it just does not seem to work when I try it, I push in one side and pull a little and the braclet moves up, do the same for the other side and it moves up but then it still feels stuck and I dont want to pull to hard incase I break it.

I'm sure you'll get used to it, as I plan to. I have the same watch coming Monday.

I also didn't know it would be lighter, but that's ok, a good reason to buy another SA!

:lingsrock:

What size is your wrist?

I think the size looks perfect. Lugs dont seem to overhang which is the telltale sign of a watch thats too big.

I agree. Big but certainly not too big.

Congrats. That is a sharp piece

The bracelet is a tight fit, but when both spring bars are out of the lugs it should move out fairly easily. The way that I do it is:

1) Compress the springbar at one end and move the bracelet so that the spring bar doesn't go back in (I push the top of the bracelet - which of course is underneath)
2) Compress the other side while keeping pressure on the top of the bracelet on the first side - that should stop the first spring bar from going back into the hole in the lug
3) Move the second side of the bracelet so that the spring bar doesn't go back into the hole
4) The bracelet should come off - you'll have to move both sides together as it will be too tight to twist out one side first.

thanks roff, managed to get it off finally and some more pics

It does look nice on the croco strap which I may use for daily wear to keep the bracelet in better condition. But then I much prefer the look on the bracelet so might just rotate the straps

one more questions when I removed the bracelet the head is marked 1410 B3, any ideas whats that is in relation to? I thought it marked the date of manufacture but cant see how 1410 relates to anything, unless i am missing the obvious which is entirley possible, my wife still thinks its a fake as she does not trust anything found on the net (she did a uni course in trading standards and just got filled with horror stories) but everything I have checked out seems good

1410 = Week 14 of 2010, or early April.

There is no chance what so ever that this watch is a fake. Not only from the pictures but more importantly that you bought it from a trusted member here on BreitlingSource. I wouldn't hesitate buying ANYTHING from Ali, he is one of the good guys.

one thing that is slightly annoying (you can tell ive spent the last day just looking at it) is the hour markers, some are flush to the lume dots and some have small gaps, i know nothing major but you would think they would get them the same on an expensive watch

Ali is a good guy. I have never bought from him but I have asked him a boat load of questions and he always takes time to answer them.
