Not sure if you'd consider this, but how about a shark mesh bracelet?

There are some great aftermarket options, they look cool, have straight ends, and are great in the summer. As an omega collector as well, it's a good option on almost any seamster or speedy, but it's substantial enough to get away with on a breitling...Perhaps get the satin finish for the titanium

I was kind of interested in the NATO's but I don't want it to detract from the watch which is what I fear may happen.

But, you have totally opened my eyes to a bracelet that I never gave attention to! It looks great  anywhere you know of that stocks the satin finish? I can only find polished steel as of yet...

Glad you liked it!

wjean sells them on wus in the strap forum, as well as on eBay. I bought a satin version for a vintage seamster chrono and it looks great. Pm me if you can't find his details. He's in Canada.

OEM Leather straps are horrific in a humid climate.

I agree the black and brown look bad together.

The funny thing is that Breitling has a bronze ocean racer rubber strap AND a Bronze Diver Pro I that would be perfect for your watch, but it's only available in 24mm. Maybe you could get one and notch it to fit..

You could try finding a brown leather strap that has been treated or has a waterproof or tropic backing. Kodiak style 22mm, Dimodel and Hirsch have some Tropic straps. Those will all work.

20mm should be available for bronze SOH38.

Unfortunately, the Aerospace is 22mm..

I wonder why they don't make it in that size..

Those racer's are literally perfect! Does anyone have any experience with making a strap that is too large fit on a smaller lug? Probably impractical...may just have to go for a third party strap

I would never go for a NATO strap on a Breitling. IMO it cheapens the watch. Not to mention that Breitling straps are much more comfortable, among other things. Then again, that's just me.

I wouldn't say that it cheapens the watch, but I see a NATO strap as more Rolex oriented option. I would NEVER do that to my SA.
