Thats a beautiful shot. Have you ever played with HDR? A few of us in the Photo Club use it for many different types of interior photo's. My shot of the stairway is a school that was torn down a few months after I took this. It is part of a essay I did and entered into competition. Show me more of your stuff, seems we have a common interest in subject.

ive never really used HDR i try to just capture as much detail using natural or torch light
i hate using flash!! im whats known as an Urban Explorer
i love old factories and old hospitals this is my Flickr
