After leaving my Chronomat 01 LE at Breitling Canada for a good 6 weeks for a repair, it feels good to take it back and spend time with it's family. Keeping my fingers crossed that my issues have been resolved as I never have any success with first time repairs.

Glad to hear it's back home! What was wrong with it?

There were two issues:

1. The date would be stuck between the numbers during a date change.
2. The minute/hour hand somehow got misaligned (ex: the hour hand would not align with the hour until the minute hand moved 10 past.

I've had the watch back since yesterday and so far so good. Again i guess it's too early to to tell if the issues are permanently resolved but i am glad it's back in my hands once more. I know that every watch brand will have it's lemons, but it's just disturbing to pay for an expensive watch and realize you've just purchased a defective piece. Keeping my fingers crossed.

That's a shame. You wonder how such errors slip through QC. Hopefully you'll have no more problems!

I've had the Chronomat 01 LE for about a week now and I absolutely love it. No problems to report thankfully and it is keeping excellent time (about +2 sec/day).
