Hi everyone, new to this forum but I've been looking everywhere for the answer(s) to my question.

Maybe you guys can enlighten me.

I have a black face superocean steelfish 44mm, it's on a leather band and I really want to buy a steel bracelet for it.

According to many pictures it has the pro II, but some pictures offer the pro I, so I'm not sure A. which one is the correct bracelet B. which one is better and C. Why am I seeing my watch on both bracelets?


I don't mean to overwhelm everyone, but I really want to buy the correct bracelet once and once only.

Which one am I to buy?

ProII brushed is on the Steelfish since the bracelet was introduced. All 22/20mm ProIIs are the same - you just need to order the end links for a Steelfish. The bracelet and endlinks combined are $550 retail, I believe. I would order one from an AD. You could buy any used 22mm ProII, but might have to order the endlinks, which amzingly cost about $150! Most ADs would sell the full bracelet for about $450-$475.

But hurry up, the Steelfish is discontinued and I just learned BUSA is almost out of inventory and the black dials may already be gone!!!! What a shame. My AD is extremely upset as the Steelfish is their second best seller behind the SA.

Pro II 134a or Pro1 894a are both correct.

When I ordered mine the catalogue clearly showed the pro II bracelet.

It shipped from Breitling with the pro I & so the dealer ordered the extra bracelet for me.
