I don't think you can buy a perfect one for good, but the SA will definitely do the job! It gets my vote.

When I was 21 I was happy to have a $250 watch. (which I lost when drunk so guess it was better I didn't own a decent watch)

As TB said, the SA is cheaper than the Navi World and not to mention the biggest all-round watch that Breitling do, so if you're looking for the biggest bang (and the biggest bling) for you buck, then the SA is the way to go.

If this is something you plan to keep a long time and don't want it to go out of style, I'd suggest taking caution with the SA. It is a huge thick watch. You may be reconsidering the purchase 5-10 years down the road. But this is my opinion of course.

well like others have said if the size and price is what you are after then SA all the way. i have always said that SA is the most bang for the buck. ok that said though the SA IMO is more of a casual watch. And at the age you are at right now I would guess that you mostly wear jeans and tees, shit im 32 and thats all i wear so SA in this case fits right in. however if you are looking for a piece that will be a bit more versatile then Navi World is the way to go. You can dress it up or down depending on your preference. And at 46mm it will still sit fairly nice with a suit. If the world is the what you want i strongly suggest taking a look at these listings cuz you can get them for quite a steal

there are 2 silver dial ones and a black on there. All are very reasonable priced considering they are on bracelets. hope you get what you are looking for. BTW welcome to Bsource.

Sounds like the Super Avenger is for you. Huge, shiny, priced well (among other Breitings), durable, waterproof.

Even though I am slightly bias since I own the World. Your 21! Go with the SA since it may suit your life style better. It's more rugges and has a much better WR rating! On the other hand if you plan on being behind a desk all day...pick the World. Really it depends on your life style so this should be an easy choice for you!

Good luck with your decision!

Bigger isn't always better

If you had to pick out of those two, go world as the avenger is clunky/ugly.

Thanks everyone I appreciate the feedback! This is a hard decision! Also I'm free for any other suggestions besides the world and SA as long as it is on the larger side.

The only other "big" option you have in the lower price range is the SOH at 46mm. Slightly more expensive is the SOHC, again at 46mm. Then at around the World price is the Monty Legende and after that you have the "full size" Bentley models - the Motors, Motors T, 6.75, Supersport, GMT, etc......... but all of those are on the expensive side.

As we've said, if it's BIG, shiny and reasonably priced that you're after, then I still say the SA is the way forward. (That said, I've personally started to go off the SA, even though I still own one...... but then I'm over 15 years older than you!)

The super avenger will be more fashionable now, however the navitimer is a classic design that will never go out of style.

What is your lifestyle?

This is why this would be an easy decision for me....

In sale/Business: WORLD
If your job isn't so much about image and how you present yourself...SUPER AVENGER

I could pull the SA without a problem, but being that I am dressing up everyday(sales)...I would never wear a SA to go and talk to a customer.
