A few years ago I found a breitling b13048 watch with no strap in the attic of my home which I moved into in 1999. I never thought the watch was worth anything until I saw one at a local mall. Even on a low res photo like that you can see that the sub-dials are wrong as Breitling don't make any watches with shiny silver sub-dials like that. Additionally the B13048 model number is for an early model two-tone Chronomat with gold rider tabs..... which your one doesn't have. And if that wasn't enough, the "pearl" on the bezel is too small as well.

Sorry, but it's a fake.
