Thinking about parting with my SA for a silver seawolf. Can someone tell me if it's a SILVER silver dial, or more of a cream - silver ... or whatever you think is the best way to describe it? I know Breitling makes some true white dials, but do the rest tend to be the same color... Steelfish , Seawolf, Bentley etc.? Unfortunately I do not have a dealer close enough to check them out in person, and even if I did the few hour drive I'm guessing he wouldn't have a stratus silver in stock.

Very few real shots of this watch online so doesn't appear to be a great seller. :?: But that means nothing to me, just hard to make the call not knowing exactly what to expect.

Stratus silver is quite white - not cream like the Steelfish silver or anything close to a true silver color either. The 125th anniversary SOHC with the white dial and black subs at 6 and 9 is stratus silver. There are plenty of pics of that here and elsewhere on the internet. It is close to a true white in person.

Great! That is exactly the type of answer I was looking for. :D

I have to disagree with Tom on this one. I think that the stratus silver is closer to a cream than it is to a white. I had an Avenger with the stratus silver dial...and it appeared to be the same color as the Steelfish.

Here is a pic of the one that I had...

Thanks. That's fine too, I just wanted to make sure it was closer to white than silver.

One last question... I swear (99% sure) I seen someone post a Seawolf with a pilot bracelet and it looked pretty good. Can anyone confirm my memory is correct and these are compatible? I have a brushed blackbird so it would be great to have two watches which I could change up. You'd probably have to see that combo but it did work.
