Agreed, but this is the Luxury watch business. Every brand in the business does it this way. Especially over the past few years with the dollar tanking against foreign currencies. :cry:

As of May 5th, AD in Mississauga, Canada still have "old" prices and he says it will stay few more weeks....

It is normal to increase all the prices. The AD tries to make a little bit extra, but also it allowes him to be a little bit more flexible if it comes to a discount. That the US prices will sustantially increase was to be expected. You have to thank Your president and his bussinespolitics as well as Your banks and their creditpolitics for that. The exchangerate for US-Dollar is so low, its just unbelievable. Soon it will be cheaper to use 1 dollar bills instead of buying new tapestry.
You cannot blame the Watch companies for that. They buy their parts and staff in Euros and Swissfrancs. And they have to try to have equal prices all over the world (except taxes).
