What do you think of the new Skyracer LE's?

I love them. I will buy one if I get the opportunity. 3%  3%  [ 3 ]
I love them. Too expensive though. 2%  2%  [ 2 ]

Several more votes now. 8% of people like them with 4% saying they would buy one.
8% say they will leave the brand or will not consider it because of them.

My reaction is a "cheapening of the marque"........does nothing to promote the genuine article as a class item, "that is my opinion"........but i am fast becoming a dinosaur, in the real world of up and coming Breitling purchasers. Choice, as i knew it as a younger man, is different thing today,.........glaring everything,colour, quality,even sound has to be glaring whether tunefull or not, to be any way regarded as trendy..........these new models are without any doubt Breitling......we know that as they are made by the self same company we all admire.
But how long has the designer who created these new icons been with Breitling or is he a spy from another marque trying to destroy our beloved Lings............ :super bowl:

I voted that "I'm okay with them...", but the biggest problem that I see with them is that in a few years, the red and orange rubber bezel is going to look like poo. Colored rubber bezels just don't stand up over time I'm my experience.

I love the original Skyracer and the Raven, and have recently started thinking that I may start to look for one on the used market (seems they're hard to come by...), but even tho I'm okay with these models, "they just aren't my style."
