Just bid on this on ebay and am having second thoughts. Can anyone tell me if it's real or fake or if the seller is legit?

Thanks.

Seller provided a serial number 252318. Is there some way to verify as authentic? Also, noticed that the seller had a few other Crosswinds, different color dials but also in like new condition. raised suspicion. Just concerned about spending $3,600 on something that is not authentic. Thanks for your help.

Make sure the serial number on the watch matches the one on the warranty book and the COSC certificate but there's no doubt what-so-ever it's real.

Well, seller was very responsive. Sent pictures of the case back, warranty book and the COSC certificate all showing same serial number. So...I just paid through PayPal and should receive the watch on Monday. I'm still a bit nervous but I'll go right to my local Breitling dealer to get it checked out. I will admit that it does look like the "real deal" and with the watch case, tag and papers that makes me feel even better. Thanks to both of you for assisting. My first Breitling!!! A great addition to my watch collection!

:yeahthat I'm not typically a fan of white dials, but that one's a looker, for sure. Congrats on the pickup.

100 % sure it's genuine, but i've never seen that type of dial on a 13355. I thought they were all 13055 ?

Yes, I thought this watch looked beautiful and I wanted to add a white dial to my collection. Since I have other Swiss watches with dial colors of black (Rolex Submariner, Omega Speedmaster, Tissot), blue (Rolex SubMariner and Datejust), silver (Tag), Mother of Pearl w/diamond (Raymond Weil), Orange (Movado Sport Chronograph to match a '69 Monaco Orange Chevelle SS396 that I have),...but not a single white! Also, no Roman Numerals...just stick and Arabic numerals.. I am pretty "juiced" and can't wait to receive on Monday, 2/7/2011. My first Breitling!

Received my Crosswind D13355 yesterday (one day late due to UPS weather delay) but it was worth the wait. Within 2 seconds of where I set it 24 hours ago. It is a beautiful timepiece and looks brand new just as the seller claimed. My local AD agrees! Thanks for all your help to ease my mind while I made the purchase and awaited delivery. This forum is unbelievable! :D
