Hi everyone
I want to buy the Avenger Seawolf Chrono and i'm a bit confused about the different dials. I want a silver colour but when looking closely at the two available I noticed a slight difference. The "silver" dial has numbers ( 1-11 ) and two sets of boxes on the upper left hand side (1-4) on each. The "stratus silver" dial has no numbers on it and is missing the two sets of boxes as well. Do these two dial faces operate differently on the same model of watch, and if so how?
I actually like the stratus silver, as the black timers contrast the dial better, but I don't want to loose out on more funtions just because of a bit of colour difference.
Thanks for your help

That "set of boxes" is "yachting countdown" ten minutes prior to regatta start.
Other "baton" marker models doesn't have it.

I have the Avenger Seawolf Chrono in silver and absolutely love it. While not a "yacting" person, I find the offset of having minutes counter (normally) stationary at the "10" spot aesthetically pleasing, especially because the seconds counter normally rests at "12", having "12" overladed with hands just didn't sit well with me.

Also, if you've not a fan of having a hand sitting at "10" this is easily adjustable when setting the watch.

BUT, be forewarned, the "silver" has more of an ivory hit than the Breitling website shows.

Nice choice, BTW.
