I might be going to see George's store tomorrow...probably bad for my bank account. But if I don't make it (it is a bit of a drive out of state) can I get any spring bar to get me through? I seem to remember reading that the SBs on the bracelet are different then on the leather bands, is there a 3rd type for the rubber or same as either leather or steel, if so which one? If I need something special for the rubber what can I tell my local jeweler I want?

Right now I have the brown leather on my watch. I pirated the bars from my black leather tang strap, so figure I am good there. I really like the way the Breitling folding buckle works over the tang type. Pricy but worth it so far. Can't wait to try out the rubber! :D

Use the same one from the black leather strap that I gave you...there are only two kinds (I believe)...the one that comes on your Bracelet and the one that comes on leather/crocs/rubber. I was thinking about dropping by and paying him a visit too! lol

PS> Remember....Measure twice cut once!

That is what is nice about the deployment for the rubber straps... you can wear them slightly loose are nice and snug in a matter of seconds! Love that little adjustment! :lingsrock:

I am really digging the rubber strap with push button clasp and have not even had it on. That adjustment in the clasp is sweet! so well made.

Thinking I might need a blue OR now since I already have the clasp...man this is getting crazy fast. I already think that black leather is going to the bottom of the list. Nice that I can use the folding clasp from brown leather with the black I got from you though...so not all is lost.

I don't blame you dropping the black leather to the bottom...you cant really complete with what you just purchased!

Can't pass it off as a groomsman <sp> gift to yourself? Probably not.

Here she is on the new gold band.

Looks great but once you put on the rubber and realize how comfy that is....you will never go back! :D
I think the Blue rubber would be HANDS DOWN the nicest combo on that watch! That would make for a rugged "fun watch", then get your self something else that can utilize the 3 or 4 22mm lug width bands you got lol

Believe me the wheels are turning. Have already noted that the Code Yellow has same lug size as the SF and the coral SO does not. So no need for a strap purchase, right? I am thinking Code Yellow on black rubber with deployment. Coral SO on black with tang to keep the price down, and this fish with brown/black/croco for a more refined look, maybe switch it up to match my socks. 8) You think that would fit the bill for 2011?

As for the Fish with blue rubber I saw it that way in the store and it looked like a toy swatch to me. Perhaps I need to give it another look. Just too much blue. I think the black looks better. Yours with black/black is stunning. So maybe blue/blue can work.

I gotta get a second job or start knocking off liquor stores :guns:

You can't go wrong with anything you stated there! Blue and Blue or Black and Blue....Sounds good to me!

The no such thing as too much blue. Neither "can it" work, it IS working. Do go back and give it another look. In the mean time, have a look at this:
