Well according to a UK sales rep up North, the merchandise reward system doesn't exist in the USA and certainly the quality of merchandise reward you get doesn't get better the more you spend, so according to this UK rep, our American friends must be lying.



But then, what would he know? He's just a salesman for a product that doesn't actually need selling. I think I'd hold him at the same level as a car salesman, someone I've never made use of but is generally a minor irritation in the buying process.

So, UK sales reps, get over yourselves, you are reps for a company that holds the right to sell Breitling in the UK, a bit like a salesman in a Vauxhall car dealership claiming they actually work for Vauxhall...................................

I've gotten hats, then a nice, large carry-all bag, a backpack, a polo shirt, t-shirts (two) and a flight jacket (heavy, nicely made, but nylon, not leather)

Guess I've bought too many!

I got the book and a Cap with my chronomat B01 from BUSA, stuff just keep showing up in the mail

Wahoo! "The Book" arrived in the mail yesterday! Its a really nice book and will be the subject of hours of reading.

Sure glad BUSA rewards the US purchases. Sorry for you chaps in the UK.

Don't feel too bad. A small group of us did get a copy of "The Book" here in the UK.

It was sent to us by Breitling Switzerland.

But it's nice to see BUSA rewards US purchasers because according to a BUK Sales Rep, Breitling doesn't do that anywhere!

It's such a cool book though isn't it?

I got a copy of The Book with my first Chronomat B01 purchase in mid-2009. It would be great if a got another copy with my Navi 01 . . .

Unfortunately, I think they must keep tabs on who has received a copy already, as there was a Breitling hat waiting for me when I got home last night, but no sign of The Book.

I never bought a b01 powered watch, yet I got another book in the mail yesterday too. And and hand signed note from Marie thanking be for my purchase of a rose gold 676. That's a new one for me.

I've given up on Marie. Evidently her moles who lurk and spy haven't told her of my campaign.

Accordingly, I shall not seek, and I will not accept, the nomination of my Marie for a Reno term as your BS representative. (though I DO plan to bomb the crap out of Hanoi and Cambodia!)
