Not sure what you mean by both.

Emergency Mission was discontinued a couple of years ago, Emergency was discontinued last year.

Supposedly Breitling are announcing a replacement soon, likely at Basel in March

i thought it read as thought the quartz was being phased out...

Emergency has to have a quartz movement (well Super Quartz) because of the transmitter.

Breitling aren't going to be doing away with SQ movements.
