I'm pretty sure its real. Its one of these :

Navitimer Airborne

(I've noted that style of the number 1 on the subdials varies between the two real versions on BS. So be aware of this when comparing)

Definitely real - just be aware of the size if you are thinking of bidding - it's only 38mm.
