Single income no kids

Double income no kids

Do NOT know the others...

S.I.O.K. would be single income one kid, I'm guessing.

O.R.C.H.I.D. has me stumped though. I could be one and not even know it!

I forgot the ORC part, but IIRC, HID is ''heavily in debt".

One Recent Child Heavily In Debt. Can be but not necessarily single parents living above means often living on or having acquired large sometimes unmanageable credit card debt, personal lines of credit or loans/judgements exceeding their manageable debt to income ratio. Many underestimate the true cost of a child after factoring in added expenses and the commonly occurred loss of income.

32. First breitling (sorry first 3) :D, this year. If I had an interest in breitling at a younger age I would have had one then too. That been said I could have only probably afforded one from around 22 on. :lingsrock:

I thought I would mention the 22-30 is a little off IMO. Of course this is an age old debate, how to separate demographic groups. But consider the information you are trying to gleam when you create these groups. Are you more interested in Psychographics (IAO variables)? If so...

It should be something closer to 18-24/25 which commonly represents post secondary students and newly employed young adults.

Then a 25/26-29/32 which represents commonly newly married, young professionals, S.I.N.K.s, D.I.N.K.s, O.R.C.H.I.D.s, S.I.O.K.s etc.

30/32-39 is commonly young families, S.I.N.K.S, D.I.N.K.S, sometimes O.R.C.H.I.D.s & S.I.O.K.s as well but also includes a higher percentage of individuals/couples/families that have higher income, are more stable in their career, higher % of home owners, different vehicles profiles etc.

22-30 is a bad grouping IMHO is all I am saying. On occasion you will see more encompassing age categories like 25-34 but that generally is intended to encompass young adults/graduates or those in post graduate study up through young adults when specific variables that are obviously fluctuating in that group etc are irrelevant due to the factors considered for those demographic purposes.

Also generally speaking one should consider generational cohorts for these groups as well but I am not sure what you are trying to figure out exactly.

What are you trying to learn about the age structure, median?

For the record, 30.

Well in the last age thread it was difficult to see the ages differences because they were listed on each post with many pages, whereas on a chart it would be much easier to visualize.

I didn't put too much thought into how exactly I planned on dividing the age groups (obviously), didn't think it would be too big of a deal.

Hmmm I expected more in the 20-30 range then the 30-40 range.

Vote cast, just tipped the scale a little bit back to the young'n side!

I really should be saving instead but after owning my first Breitling I NEED to have at least one. That being said, thank goodness for these watch forums as I would not be able to buy one new.

Wow, surprised to see so many young guys. I'm jealous because I could never afford nice watches at that age.

I wanted one but had to wait until i was 65 to get one..........but it was worth the wait..... :lingsrock: :superbow:

S.I.T.K 36 YO here. The T stands for 3. The S.I. and the T.K. are the reasons for my slow acquisition of watches although I'm very happy with my S.I.T.K.
