Well, surely I could give you a hand with that Navitimer World. :D

Ha! I thought you would say that, IF, and thats a big IF I decide to go for that baby and its still for sale I will definently give you a bell!

It'll be around the summer before I decide wether or not I will get myself a present this year so we'll have to wait and see. Besides that I hope you get rid of that Navi shortly for a price you want.

Cheers

Congrats, that's an incredibly nice watch. On another note, your pictures are beautiful! Would you mind telling me how you lit it and what equipment/lens/exposure settings you used? I'd love to take some pictures that nice. Enjoy the Rolex!

Thanks GORT,

I have a Canon 7D and for this pictures I've used a fixed 60 mm macro lenses from Canon too. Exposure was about 2.5 seconds and ISO was around 2000, I don't remember exactly.

I used two LCD monitors to lit the environment. One casting the main light and the other one used to define the profile of the watch. I know it's not the most conventional way, but it's simple and it works with acceptable results. You can display images of different colours to cast different tones of light too.

I don't know if I made much sense in my explanation, so let me know if you have questions. Always happy to discuss fotography tricks :)

Cheers
