Took this this morning on the way to work.. Ireland is not equipped for this kind of weather but it think we better get used to it!

I personally do not mind it and do not really feel it that cold.

Also it make everywhere look beautiful and magical :santa: .

i ll try put up some winter pics soon.

So whats it like where you are?

Not being that far from you, it's not much better!

There's seven inches of snow on my balcony (stuck a tape measure in it) an ten inch icicles hanging from the roof! Never seen anything like it in this country.

It's very pretty right now, but if they start rationing water again, it's so not worth it...

Snowing again! GDI... :x

-18 today according to the car, -23C is the coldest that I have seen so far this winter, we'll have some -30C days before the winter is done.

Hasn't snowed in a few days but we still have a foot or more on the ground with drifts up to four feet. The mailbox is already lower than the snow banks at the side of the road where the plow has been through.

Don't forget to take a quick photo of the winter view of "fall colors"! it would be nice to see the winter version of your view now!

Iraq is getting to around 40f or so at night. Yeah it's not that cold but it feels pretty cold for here considering it was like 90 three weeks ago.

It's actually just above zero here in the South of the UK now. Woo.... and indeed... hoo. :woohoo:

In contrast, my girlfriend is currently in Eastern Europe and she tells me the daytime temperature was -20 C the other day. :shock:

That is unimaginably cold!!!! I cannot even fathom how people exist in these temps. A few days a year below freezing is about as close to winter as it gets here in Central Texas.
