Interesting. My first impression is it's a fake because of the serial number on the back but the movement markings make it somewhat plausible but the dial/hands looks a little strange. Just haven't seen one before.

It's a Venus 230, but the 19 jewels is odd - I've seen them marked with 17 and 21, but never 19, they were used by a few manufacturers, but I've never seen one in a Breitling. This is a rare movement though, you don't see them every day, and I can't see anything wrong with it either. The caseback is a different story - the numbers are too early (as evidenced by the patent numbers if nothing else) so for that reason I have to call fake, but that movement just looks right - I wonder if it was removed from a real (and extremely rare Breitling alarm).

Another anomaly... interesting indeed... it's got the WOG signature too. Maybe just me but the dial doesn't look so hot though...

I have seen a virtually identical dial on a Gigandet Venus 230 so that may be telling.
