Well then here is something better for Geoff but still suitable for Nathan, all while being family friendly.

Ok, I really don't want to ask this, but here goes.

I'm debating new shoes for my pair of silver dial Lings. I'm thinking I might do a brown leather on deployant for the Colt Auto and a black croco on deployant for the Chronomat.

Keep the following in mind, we are pretty casual in the office now, no suits. T-shirts & jeans on the regular. I'm not sure how I feel about a croco on jeans etc. Might just be better off to keep the bracelets for now...

Can't believe I'm asking about my watch strap clashing with jeans...

Croc belts (and arguably shoes) only look acceptable with dad jeans. Watch straps however pass muster, especially if it's brown. Black croc outside of suit wear kinda reminds me of the old man that wears shorts with his black socks pulled up over his calves.

I might consider something a little more casual for the smaller piece, with the croc reserved for the Evo.

I submit that look - along with dad jeans in general - is never acceptable.

They're like mom jeans, only for guys. High waisted, usually worn with a tucked-in polo or short-sleeve button down shirt, braided leather belt, and loafers with beige socks, sneakers, or Rockports. Typically worn by men with flat asses.

Thank you for reminding to never get to the point where I leave my house like that.

OMG for real I will never have an outfit like that. Nor Dad jeans. Completely not my style. I don't even own a polo shirt. Would rather shoot myself. I rock the jeans on the regular, but are not even close to that style, usually a t-shirt and a hoodie this time of the year. Croco might be a bit precocious in this situation.

Don't worry. Any one that "rocks" an outfit usually doesn't own dad jeans. :)

 Peter. I'm not sure Dad jeans is the best way to describe it. I'm 30 and have nothing like that kid or no kid. My neighbour is exactly like that style listed above, and he is 63. No kids. He even has the fanny pack thing that looks like a bunch of pieces of black pleather all sewn together... For real!

What you have to worry about are the guys who think they are rocking the dad jeans.

Is that even possible? That is some serious disconnect from reality.
