Jeans go with everything and everything goes with jeans...

I have croc and calf straps (both black) and while they are both beautiful, I find the croc to be a bit more formal. The coroc may look "shinier" (sp?) than the calf when side by side, on the watch, it's pretty subdued. Not to worry.

If you can, go with a deployant. Infinitely adjustable and the strap will last much longer.

Justin, may have shown this before, my B2 has the cream/ivory dial and I have it on the brown calf. I think it is a good combo. Should look good on your Colt.

I still can't get my 'eyes' around the color of your chronomat. It seems to look grayer to me (?). Have you thought of non-B strap or are you set on B. Could look at some dark gray crocs? Or how about a nice 'pilot' strap (I have one on my Steinhart that is the most comfortable leather I've tried), there are both brown and black available.

Just a couple of thoughts :? .
Terry

FEAR you beat me to it!

IMO blue croc is very largely underestimated and it makes a very nice combo with that dial, especially for the Chronomat which is larger and it will make the watch really stand out.

As for the Colt, I would go for gold croc.

Ok thanks for the input guys I really appreciate it.

I'm pretty sure the Colt will look great on a Brown calf deployant, so I will keep my eyes open for that one. The combo looks great on your wrist Terry. Richard suggested a Grey croc, but I have a hard time picturing how things will look so I can't really decide.

I'm leaning towards Gold croco on the Chronomat, but as it is totally Grey, I keep worrying it will be too light or warm and I need a little more neutral color for it like grey or maybe even black.

Sharky have a black croco you can take a shot with? Maybe I will buy a cheap black croco just to see how it looks.

:yeahthat I have a Brown Croco on deploy for my CSO and it is really awesome. The quality is second to none, the comfort and fit really can't be beat. The Black Croco will look great on your Chrono. The only semi negative is that I am (probably over) careful not to get the strap wet. It can be a challenge, especially when washing hands! Good Luck!
