I'm still on my search for a new Breitling and i'm getting close now , very close!

Coming back to the Aeromarine series. The SUPEROCEAN HERITAGE 46 & SOHC are stunning, at one of the local ADs i also viewed the SOHC 125th Anniversary LE, they had the white/silver face with the black case in number 954/1000. I'm assuming the all black is now sold out due to the Breitling website not showing it. The Blue face with Black case is destined to be last off the shelf due to the colour match being a little unusual. I tried them on, just stunning, liking all the colours with a preference for the blue SOHC. I walked over to another AD and they had the BRONZE SOH 46 with ocean classic strap, when i saw it the colour was outstanding and it really stole the show amongst the others.

Now i'm wondering on the subject of limited editions, there are 1000 each of the 3 SOHC LE. 1000 of the LE green bezel Heritage Chrono.
The Bronze SUPEROCEAN HERITAGE 46 is obviously not a limited edition, but i would have thought there wouldn't be many in all bronze colour and also bronze colour is not available in the SOHC.
Just wondering if anyone knows or can have an educated guess on how many of the all bronze they think have been made?
Perhaps it is limited only in the fact that not so many have been sold!

Breitling never release production numbers so it's pure guesswork. It's also a fairly irrelevant number because Breitling could produce the bronze SOH for the next 25 years if they wanted so current production numbers are meaningless. With an LE you'll know what the number is, otherwise there is no way of knowing.

From a resale value it makes absolutely no difference to the retained percentage value, less popular colours may just take longer to sell.

The SOH was released in 2007. I think the all Bronze will be a low seller due to it not really matching gold rings. not such a masculine colour. Most men will choose the black or blue.

So I think they will have sold about 1000 worldwide, therefore making this watch very exclusive. With all the new models coming out all the time I think it's unlikely they will ever sell more than 2000. What do you think?
The amount of watches sold per model is very relevant to any Breitling fanatic.

I tried the bronze SuperOcean Heritage on mesh at a dealers recently. It looked stunning. Much nicer than the brochure of web pictures would have you believe. It is on my list for a future purchase.

I disagree on volume, and I disagree that the number sold is very relevant to any Breitling fanatic. If that were the case then I couldn't be considered a Breitling fanatic, something which my post count rather proves wrong.

I have the SOH 46 in bronze on an Ocean Racer strap..........and love it.
Every comment I get about the watch, has been about the color.
I hope you (and others) don't buy bronze, to help keep the numbers down :P
