I usually check every Breitling item listed on Ebay every day, and on occasion I find very cool pieces.

Would we be permitted to post links to auctions we think are cool that other people may be interested in checking out, by no means a self-promotion of course.

For example, saw an awesome Coral Emergency with coral UTC on it, I'm certain someone here would love it.

Another example, there is a guy in the Trading post with a WTB black dial Steelfish, and there is 1 just listed with a BIN < $1500 looks complete.

Just curious!

I believe that some folks wouldn't be so pleased if you do that, because they intend to bid on some of them.

The current forum rules do not permit links to ebay auctions other than for fake identification purposes. See point 4 on this link - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=855

Right. I can't speak for this forum, but on others where I've been a member, the prevailing rationale was that posting active auctions called attention to them, which could increase bidding and the ultimate price; thus, that practice wasn't allowed. Forums have a lot of lurkers, and a lot of opportunistic eyes would be viewing the link you post.

Fair play,

Someone please buy that Coral Emergency w/ matching UTC before I have to stick up a 7-11 to do it myself.

If you can't find it (it's listed wrong) PM me.

Thanks!
