It's ONLY been 4 weeks, so I have 2-4 weeks left, but I was wondering if BUSA emails/calls before they ship your watch back from service

:yeahthat

I got an email and a call from the AD the day the watch arrived. No more advanced warning than that.

well, those assume you went through your AD - I just brought my watch to BUSA myself (living in NYC, it's not that far a trip)

I recently sent a watch in for repair and the only thing I ever got was a voicemail on my work phone with a UPS tracking number the day the watch was returned.

BUSA service absolutely sucks. Forget the fact they screwed up my watch, but even after admitting they screwed up, they still took forever to rectify the situation and no, no notice whatsoever about the status of the watch. My ordeal lasted almost 4 MONTHS!

Most of the experiences I've heard of have been positive. Quite so. As was mine and no, not any advance warning to my AD.
