Never seen it, but have feeling (maybe completely wrong) that it could be some sort of a real one.

I thought that for a while too until I saw the caseback / reference numbers.

Caseback looks suspicious, but dial, hands and date font look real to me.
Maybe replacement watch for Arabic market?

Maybe, but the reference numbers bother me.

I think this one's real. I remember seeing one about 6 months ago. I'll try to find the thread.

Found this:

As the seller of this watch on ebay, can I give some background about this watch, which I am certain is genuine.
It was presented to me by the Director of the Royal Stables of Oman, along with several others who were given similar watches, for our help in putting on an equestrian display sometime in the 90's.
Watches are part of the culture of Oman and no way would the Royal Stables Director, who is working for the Sultan, be giving out fake watches!
The logo on the front is the logo for the Royal Stables. I never asked what the arabic writing means but assume it just translates as "The Royal Stables of Oman".

Welcome aboard.
We figured it out a year ago that it's genuine, now we did it again. :)
Thanks for the explanation of the background.
