I used to come to this site a guest for a couple years every now and then. Right before I got my B and pretty much everyday since, I am here... at least a few times throughout the day. Actually last night, my wife asked me, "what are you looking at on the internet all night long on your phone? Even while we were watching tv you were on that thing." I told her it was "that Breitling site I told you about." I think she may have been happier if it was porn... or something "normal" HA!

:poke: SCO...it is a watch porn site buddy so you are "Normal" :boingb:  :crazychanger:

I spend way too much time on here  Mainly lurking and at least once on most days. It's a good way to break up the day in my mind - take a 5 min breather from work  Really a great site to spend one's time, fun learning.

Sorry to hear that. I avoided that by essentially saying - take everything. After all, it's just "stuff." It's really rather fun when one side is just spoiling for the fight of the century and you just say, "OK, that's cool." Admittedly it was a bit tough saying good bye to the Klipsch corner speakers and the Mark Levinson stuff. But it wouldn't fit in my man cave anyway.

1. Admitted that breitlingsource made me powerless over Breitlings – that my collection was unmanageable.
2. Can to believe a spouse greater than me could restore me to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn my password, Visa and Amex over to the care of my spouse.
4. Made a searching and fearless inventory of my collection.
5. Admitted to my AD, myself, and a Timex owner the exact nature of my wrongs.
6. Became entirely ready to have my spouse remove the excess in my collection.
7. Humbly asked my spouse to remove my largess.
8. Made a list of all brands I had ignored and became willing to make amends to them all.
9. Made direct amends to such brands wherever possible, except when to do so would crush my ego.
10. Continued to take inventory of my purchases and promptly admitted I was wrong when I excluded other brands.
11. Sought through selling most of my collection to improve my conscious contact with my spouse, asking only for her will for me, and the power to carry it out.
12. Having sold all but one watch as a result of these steps, I sought to divorce my spouse, clean out the bank accounts, and buy out all the Breitlings at the nearest AD.

There is a short cut that I took – divorce the spouse and THEN start buying watches!!!

I have an eerily similar story or wife controlling money, credit cards, and passions, which led to wife getting the shoe, which led to me controlling bank account, which led to.... here.

I don't read all the sections as I participate in a couple of other forums which are mainly UK based. I do like to see what is for sale so that I know what I might be able to get as my next watch when I save up. :D I realy like the Replica Identification section. As I look at 2nd hand watchs it is good to learn what to look for. Also I love the zeal the forum shows in wiping out these replica sales from eBay. I don't know if Rolex and Omega forums do that as well but if not they should. Then a browse amongst some of the other sections if I have time.

Addicted, me? :o

Just been attacked by the females of the family because I was trying to read a thread...or two on BS.

OK, I have to admit that it was only my 5th try of the day :whiner:
