I loss user's manuals and my watch not start. What can i do??

Screw off the crown, when it pops out wind it manually 40 turns in clockwise direction

If bnewbie's excellent advice doesn't work, then perhaps a little more info might help us out here. Like -

1. Is it automatic or quartz?
2. What model is?
3. If you don't know the model, what's the model number on the caseback?
4. Is it new or used?
5. What have you done to try to get it working?
6. ANYTHING else that might give us a hint to try and help you out! :)
