Hey Breitlinites!
I have a detail question.
to your knowledge, is there a Chronomat Evolution in Steel and 18K YELLOW GOLD case? blue dial, blue subdials?
Because I was checking on Breitling's official website, and it seems that all "C series" models have the bezel strictly in ROSE gold, they don't seem to forge those in yellow gold! On the other hand, Jomashop is listing Yellow Gold Evo for sale on their website..

Also, is yellow gold more expensive usually in jewelry, and particularly in our case, or is it ROSE gold that's more valuable, and which do you prefer? which is more glamorous, more attractive to the eye.. more coherent with the blue color so to speak.

Thank you :)

AFAIK, the Chronomat Evolution has only been made with a rose gold bezel C13356) and never with a yellow gold one (which would be D13356).

However, I think both yellow and rose 18k gold versions have both been made (K13356).

Yeah that's my understanding too, and Jomashop is fairly creative with the use of Photoshop for some of its pictures - my wife saw a Cockpit Lady on there a few years back that was never made and had to be custom ordered.

There's no real value difference between rose and yellow gold, it's just down to taste. Personally I prefer rose gold, although the chemical composition that Breitling uses for its rose gold is not completely stable so it does change over time.

K13356 - yellow, H13356 - rose.

Hehe.. that's more confusing Sharkmouth.. so which one is it? you mentioned that two tone Chronomat Evolution has only been made with a rose gold bezel, but then you think that both and rose 18K gold versions have been made? You mean the bezel should strictly be rose gold regardless of the bracelet tone for example?

All I need to know is whether the watch aforementioned (picture attached) could be in Yellow Gold.
thanks for your swift replies and help folks! I truly appreciate it

As Roff and BN have confirmed, there is not a Chronomat Evo with a yellow gold bezel and steel case.

Anyone claiming to sell one has simply made a mistake.
