So I went to see my AD today to discuss pricing on one of these & was quoted only $100 more then I was ready to pay....AND they even got one shipped in this morning!

So needless to say she is now mine.

I was kind of itching to see if the red would be too "much" in person but I am very happy with the look of it.

So first impressions for me obv are really good. I got the high polished version and it is DEF blingy but I love it!
I love the black bird special pilot bracelet, the high polished bezel, batons are real nice! and the lume is just siick! the dial is a flat black color & it looks great!
.

.
.
...Now on to the shitty pics! Sorry again for the horrible quality.

Very nice! I do kind of like this one. Is the red very "striking" in person?

Congratulations! One of the first I've seen in 'real life' pics.

The 3rd and 4th pics accurately reflect the look of the red touches in person.

I thought that may be the case. The first two give a more orange looking appearance. It may be a while before or even if an AD around me gets one in, sure would like to see one in person.

May have to schedule a trip somewhere to see one - starting to get cold up here anyway.

Was thinking the date might be too much red, but not bad at all! Grats on the new pickup & wear it in good health!

That is one sporty watch. Nice pick up and you can say you were one of the first.

I guess my eyes are playing tricks on me...because the rings around the subdials look orange to me. The red date also looks out of place to me, but I am sure the pictures don't do the watch justice.

Most watches I have seen in pictures look better in person...not all, but most.

Congrats on the new watch, and on being the 1st person to post it!!

Thanks a lot guys!

yeah I am really loving it....The pictures def don't do it justice.

I see the orange tint you speak of..I think its just because I have crazy super-human lights in my kitchen & its sitting on top of my humidor which has an orange look...Might be giving it the glow...this watch def has more of a darker look to it..the red is not overpowering at all...

I would deff recommend seeing this in person. I think its stunning!

but of course it may not be everyones cup of tea.
