Hi everyone,

I've lurked on the forum in the past, but just now found the need to get your input directly.

My Crosswind was purchased in 2004 from an AD and has never been serviced. It has a white dial with MOP subdials, and the only original dial color options were white, blue, and black. Recently (in the past year or so), I realized that the white dial has turned into a cream color. It's most obvious when you compare the dial to the still pristine white tachymetre ring or white background of the date wheel.

I've looked but haven't seen this dial patina anywhere else on this model, though I know it's common on older batches of white dialed Rolex ExpIIs. I wanted to bring it up here to get everyone's input...has anyone seen this happen on Crosswinds in the past?

Sorry for the bad blackberry photos.

I've not heard of any issues - there have been some occasional colour changes on darker dials, but never seen anything like this before.

The watch is about ready for a service anyway so I would ask Breitling for their perspective - if it's a product fault then I would expect them to address it, regardless of warranty.

I actually kind of like it this way, so I'd ask them to keep it during service. I just wasn't sure if this was a common occurance.
