HELP! I can't help myself but start to find the movement in the Spring drive attractive. The more I learn about it the more I like it.

Anyone have one?

Give me some reasons it is no good!

The one that has always caught my eye was the SNR001. Though I never imagined paying as much as they cost for a Seiko, I really am starting to think the what is it 4 non mechanical components of the movement are not THAT much of a big deal, it's not like it's quartz, and I just found the old video of the seconds hand....

The first watch I ever got was a Seiko diver watch, some 15+ years now it's still going strong. I've had it on hundreds of dives, and it's never let me down. Since then I got into many other brands, going back to just that one piece (sentimental value) along with a single Ling. Now I'm looking for a piece to commemorate the birth of my first born child, and I can't settle on which Ling it should be.

Then all of a sudden I find the old Spring Drive video.....

Hi,

i can highly recommend the springdrive watches from seiko, they are great in finish and the movements are superb.
I own the seiko ananta sprindrive chrono and it looks stunning on my wrist.
